Leo Support

Help with the family scheduling app.

Get in touch

Email parkcoll@gmail.com and a person will answer, usually within one working day.

Tell us what happened and roughly when, and we can look it up.

Getting started

Sign in with Apple or Google, then either create a household or accept an invite from someone who already has one.

The fastest way to see what Leo does is to type a sentence into the chat, like "Sam has soccer Tuesdays at 4pm". Leo creates the event and it shows up on the Calendar tab. You can also send a photo of a school flyer or a season schedule, and he will pull every date out of it.

Adding other people

Settings, then Family invites. You get a link to send. A caregiver can be given full access, which is the same view a parent has, or limited access, which shows the schedule but never events you have marked private.

Children do not need accounts. Leo tracks their schedules without them signing in to anything.

Notifications

Leo sends a morning rundown, an afternoon heads up and reminders before events. If they stop arriving, check that notifications are enabled for Leo in the iPhone Settings app.

A household nobody has opened or written to in two weeks is paused automatically, and resumes the next time someone opens the app.

Expenses and the approval link

A caregiver can log what she spends for the family, and at the end of the month share one link. A parent opens that link in a browser, with no app and no account, sees each receipt, and approves the total.

Leo is not a payment service. No money moves through the app, and neither the app nor the link ever asks anyone for card or bank details. Approving records that a parent agrees with the total; the paying happens in Venmo or a bank, as it did before.

The link has no password, so anyone holding it can open it. Send it only to the people who should see it.

Deleting your account

In the app: Settings, then My profile, then Delete my account. You will be told exactly what gets destroyed before anything happens.

If other adults are still signed in to your family, your account and your chat with Leo are deleted and the shared calendar stays for them. If you are the last one signed in, the whole household is deleted with you, including every event and the chat history.

This cannot be undone.

Something looks wrong

Leo is an AI assistant and he can get something wrong. Press and hold any message from him and choose the report option, which sends us the message so we can see what happened.

If an event is wrong, just tell him in the chat. "Swim moved to 4:30" or "delete Tuesday's dentist" is enough.
